newspaper, TV, radio, direct mail, etc.
• Dealership reserves the right to meet or beat the lower price as applicable.
• Price guarantee effective 7 days from contract date.
• Changes in General Motors rebates, incentives or vehicle prices is
not applicable.
• Price guarantee is based on final vehicle sale price before rebates
excluding taxes, fees, warranties, and finance charges, etc.
• In the event the customer is trading a vehicle the final sale price
is determined by taking the net trade difference plus the actual cash value
of trade in vehicle.
• Refund amount is 150% of the actual price difference excluding taxes,
fees, etc.
