Kegan Nier was awesome. I test drove a 2027 Chevy Traverse RS. I really like the vehicle. after a little research on that particular vehicle I found that it was not AWD. I told Kegan exactly what I wanted and he found the exact color with all of the amenities that I asked for in that vehicle. The vehicle was ordered and once it made it to the dealership the purchase process was fast and easy. I highly recommend Jack Schmitt
Our salesman Christian was one of the best. This is the 2nd car he has sold us and went way and above to help us thru this. Also Rick Coca was a very big help in issues that he didnt have to help us but he did, but he told me his goal is to have 100% happy customers. I know im missing a couple names that was there for us but the whole team at Jack Schmidt of Woodriver is the tops. I can't say enough.

Chris was a knowledgeable, no pressure salesman. I asked a lot of technical questions and what he wasn't able to answer immediately, he pulled up the build sheet on the truck and was able to provide me with the information I needed.
