I highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Chris Louth as your sales representative. I purchased two fleet trucks from him this week, and he made the process so easy for me. Traveling 3 hours from the Lake of the Ozarks was worth the drive for the professionalism I was shown. I will be back for future purchases for my fleet.
I just love the staff on how professional they are when I take my car there. The wait is not bad since they do check my car over. I had a friend take my car up there this last time and he too was very pleased of how everything was from the time he walked into the building to the time he left. I do want to thank the staff for all their hard work that they do to make sure customers are satisfied!

We were working with Jack Schmitt Chevy on a used car as we are not from the area. Unfortunately after undergoing their inspection the car did not work out (nothing done on their part). Jeff, Katie were very transparent about the car and went above and beyond to let us know. I got a Ford Transit from there yesterday, and the process was quick and smooth. Christian was absolutely great—he’s not pushy, very genuine, and I never felt cornered or pressured like you sometimes can with salespeople. Ask for him when you go—he’s a fantastic salesperson, and you won’t regret it!

Chris Louth did and is still doing a fantastic job, just recently purchased a “new used” Chevy 1500 he did not try to up sale me in anyway and kept me on track for the truck that I wanted. One of the better experiences I’ve had at a dealership.

Willie Elliott is the best salesperson ever. We are in our late 60s and have bought many vehicles in our lifetime and this is the first time that there was no pushy pressure to buy. We liked him so much and they dealt fairly so we bought two vehicles the same day. We bought one used car and one new car and both deals were perfect.

I can’t thank Chris Louth enough for helping my parents get into their new car! The process was quick and easy and Chris was wonderful to work with.
In late July I went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River. The salesmans name was Terry. He listened very intently on what I wanted to buy. I only had to drive one car and I knew that's the one I wanted. I have had the 2025 Chevy Trailblazer for 2 and a 1/2 months and it's the best car I have ever gotten. Terry made the process extremely easy for me. From now on I know my family and I will be buying at Jack Schmidt in Wood River!
Mike Killion is a fantastic salesman. Shows you what you're looking for, rather than wasting your time with what they want to move out. Any questions he can't answer, he get the answer and follows up. The rest of the JS team is great, and it was a very good experience over all. 100% will look for my next new vehicle there.

Willie Elliott was the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever had. I couldn't stump him with any question I asked. He always had the answer. Just so happened that cyberattacks were messing with the software while we were finalizing paperwork. The salesmanager Vince talked to me about the issues.
