This review is specifically for my salesperson, Kegan Nier. After a few months of searching for a vehicle, I happened to find one with all the features I was looking for at Jack Schmitt Chevrolet. From the moment I entered the showroom, Kegan was attentive, warm, and helpful. He quickly set me up with a test drive and took time to explain the vehicle’s features. With major purchases, I tend to work through my evaluation in a fairly methodical way, and Kegan not only put up with me, but was patient and accommodating throughout the process. If you’ve purchased through a dealer, you know that coming to terms on a transaction can involve a little give and take. This all went well, and Kegan and his team ultimately offered pricing that I felt was competitive enough that there was no reason to continue my search elsewhere. A few days after picking up the vehicle, I realized that it didn’t have the cargo liner and third-row seatback panels listed on the window sticker. I reached Kegan on his day off (sorry to bother you, Kegan!). By 9:00 the next morning, he had located the missing pieces, and when I arrived around midday, he installed them himself. Every customer will have his or her own experience with a dealership’s sales and finance teams. But when it comes specifically to Kegan, I’d give him an A+ for friendliness, patience, and effort—both before and after the sale. Thank you, Kegan!
