Buying a new truck from Jack Schmitt of Wood River was a fantastic experience. Pricing was better than three other dealerships I visited. They got me a better rate than my bank and had me in and out in around 2.5 hours, which is crazy fast compared to other dealerships I've bought from in the past.

Salesman was ok. However I didn’t realize till after the deal was done that truck didn’t have cruise control. They told me I could pay $700 to have it installed. I paid top dollar for this vehicle and feel like they should’ve taken care of it or at least tried to work something out with me.

My Service Advisor Jeff Weber and the entire service team (Dan) are always helpful on the phone and in person. I have needed to bring my vehicle in for a few days and have helped to provide transportation by shuttle or loaner car each time.
