Great and honest service. 2nd time I had my vehicle at this dealer. Today I had the typical oil change and once over. I had them check the brakes for a high pitch squeal when applying the brakes. Recieved a call from the service advisor that my car was finished. I was fully expecting the call to be that I needed brake pads >$1k, instead they inspected and cleaned the pads. We brought our 2025 Equinox EV in for a maintenance check up and tire rotation.The guy that greeted us was very nice and helpful. He came and updated us when he found out there was a recall that would also be taken care of and how long it would take. There was a comfortable waiting area and the visit went quick and smooth. Falsely advertised third row seating. Even had convos about the third row before buying and then I get home and go to flip it up and no seats. Only cargo.
